Ordering and shipping

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship directly from our partner warehouses in the United States. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping free?

Yes, standard shipping is free on US orders of $70 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant platform. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, and we never see or store your full card number.

Returns and warranty

What if it's not right for me?

Every product comes with a 60-day home trial. Use it at home for up to 60 days from delivery. If it doesn't earn its place, email us for an RMA number and a prepaid return label, and we'll refund you in full once it's back. Return shipping within the trial is on us. Full details.

What does the warranty cover?

Every product has a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. If something fails, we'll repair, replace or refund it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

About the products

Are these medical devices?

No. Our products support general wellness and recovery routines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a back condition or other health concern, check with your doctor before starting something new.
