Our 60-Day Home Trial & Money-Back Guarantee

Recovery gear only proves itself once it is part of your routine. That is why every Backgadgets product comes with a 60-day home trial: use it at home for up to 60 days from the date of delivery, and if it is not right for you, contact us for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email us at info@backgadgets.com with your order number. We will reply with an RMA number and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, and please do not ship a return without an RMA number.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under the 60-day guarantee, contact us within 60 days of delivery and return the item in working condition with its original packaging and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. For a different model, start a return under the guarantee and place a new order.

2-Year Warranty

Beyond the trial, every Backgadgets product is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. If something fails, contact us at info@backgadgets.com and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, items that have been used in a way that makes them unsanitary to resell may be refused; if you are unsure, ask us first and we will work with you.
